Trix works with people who want to change or improve their performance in organizations. Her approach is experience based learning. Her tools are conferences, training programs and coaching methods that are based upon the individual experiences of the staff members involved

Trix has more than ten years experience working with international companies and speaks Dutch, German, English and Mandarin (Chinese). She can consult, facilitate and provide trainings in all these languages.

Moreover Trix Driessen holdes lectures at the Free University of Amsterdam on intercultural management (mainly China) and on management in health care. She lives in Amsterdam and Cologne.
