Our Team
We staff our projects out of a core interdisciplinary Team of 10 Consultants and a wider Team of around 20 Consultants from different countries.

	Savvas N. Roubanis Savvas is Partner and Managing Director of DR. ROUBANIS ASSOCIATES.		Dr. Cornelius Görres He has an international reputation as an expert in Intercultural Communication and Leadership.
He acquired his competencies in various line management assignments and entrepreneurial engagements as well as in numerous international Change Management and Merger projects. more>>		He is a Doctor of Philosophy in American Cultural Studies of the University of Hamburg. He is a lecturer at several Applied Sciences & Technical Universities. more>>

	Dr. Tonia Paschali Tonia is a psychologist and psychotherapist and her expertise is in communication and stress management		Trix Driessen (MA) Trix has more than ten years experience working with international companies and facilitates in the languages Dutch, German, English and Mandarin (Chinese).
She facilitates workshops to help people and teams in organisations improve their communication and collaboration abilities. She is associate professor of the University of Indianapolis in Athens. more>>		She holdes lectures at the Free University of Amsterdam on intercultural management (mainly China) and on management in health care. She lives in Amsterdam and Cologne. more>>

	Simen van der Goot Simen is associated with DR. ROUBANIS ASSOCIATES since 2001. He is located in Amsterdam.		Sebastian Popp Sebastian is very experienced in managing and leading Congresses and is responsible for corporate Events.
His particular interests are Personal Development of Managers, Development of (Management-) Teams and Real Time Strategic Change. more>>		He studied Politics and Sociology at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University and very young received political mandate in Frankfurt. more>>

	Tassos Iatrou Tassos is Partner and responsible for our Athens Office		Dimitri Eichhorn Dimitri is associated with us as a new media specialist.
With Experiences in several leading Positions as IT Director and as a Project Manager he developed a deep understanding of IT – driven changes and leadership. more>>		Dimitri has studied design in the university of applied sciences of Düsseldorf and his aim is to develop innovative and simply working internal communication concepts. more>>

Jeffrey Wan
Jeffrey is with DR. ROUBANIS ASSOCIATES since 2006

He is particularly interested in communication processes at the interface between purchasing and supplying organisations. Jeffrey has gained long-time experience by providing support on purchasing processes in Hong Kong and China to European and US - Corporations.
