Simen is associated with DR. ROUBANIS ASSOCIATES since 2001. He is located in Amsterdam and his particular interests are Personal Development of Managers, Development of (Management-) Teams and Real Time Strategic Change.

He is designing and executing tailor-made Training's on Change Management, project management, diversity (specialized in cross cultural business) and communication. He is Redesigning work processes and is personally coaching Executives. Simen works as a Facilitator and designer of Change Conferences (large groups) and Business Simulations.
