Savvas is Partner and Managing Director of DR. ROUBANIS ASSOCIATES. As a Management Consultant he is concentrated in enhancing organisational and personal performance and adaptability as well as facilitating strategic processes. He acquired his competencies in studies of Economics, Social Sciences and Business Administration (Organisation and Marketing) as well as in numerous international Change Management and Merger projects. He also experienced Leadership in various line management assignments and entrepreneurial engagements. Responsibilities in Marketing and Sales issues in the beginning of his work life have helped him to understand clients better in different kind or projects.

Over the last ten years he has worked in a wide variety of situations within the Banking, Life Science and Information Technology sectors. Savvas has facilitated organisational transitions, business units, teams, executive boards and large Group Events. He has coached extensively managers and top executives. He is interested in Mediation and has successfully mediated in numerous conflict situations during change processes.

A special interest lies in passing his knowledge over to other people and to contribute on improvement of individual skills. Amongst others he holds lectures at Universities.

Savvas has grown up in Switzerland, Greece, Saudi Arabia, and Germany. This multicultural Attitude has been extended during his working life in several European and Asian Countries.
