Issues of Organisations and cooperation of people are pretty much the same in every kind of business so our clients come from many different branches. In other words:

The ability of “engaging people” and getting the best performance out of an organization is independent whether it is banking or chemical. Organisational Cultures defer, but exactly to deal with these issues is our job.

Who assigns us in the companies?

The assignments usually come from various departments as HR, IT and in numerous cases direct from the top executives of the Boards.

In many cases we join big Strategie and IT Consulting Corporations and support them with our expertise in their projects. We usually take over the implementation (of strategies or software triggered transformations) and act as cooperation partners or subcontractor).

References

In terms of respect to our clients we prefer not to present the usual list of famous company names as small consultancy companies normally do. We consider far more informative for you, to provide References to Competencies and Project types of our Consultants corresponding to your specific needs.

Confidentiality

To assure confidentiality about our Clients and their Projects is something we feel obliged in. Of course we do not mention any references if the issue is confidential or if the client simply does not feel comfortable.
