Basically it is about a practical approach for designing and controlling change processes.

The change process and the people participating are in the focus. To successfully implement change, people have to be aware of it, understand it and even better: to help develop it. Thus, the engagement of people is a central issue in change processes.

Our job is to help executives analyze the political dimension of a specific task, to plan the transformation process and jointly get in to realization. With our expertise we help for example in defining the proper dimension and ways (Methods) of participation.
